When is the Ice-ink open?
The Ice Rink is open daily from Thursday 30th of November until Saturday 30th of December excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Selected dates & times:

How do I purchase a ticket for the Ice Skating?
Tickets can be purchased online, up to 24 hours in advance or can be purchased from the Ice-Skating Box Office on site on the day, subject to availability.
What is the cost of an Ice-Skating session?
You will save money when you buy online and are guaranteed your selected date and time. Online prices are 16+ £7.95 and under 16 £6.20. On the day, subject to availability prices are 16+ £8.95 and under 16 £7.20.
Do you have concession tickets?
We don’t offer concession tickets for this experience.
What is the PA Postcode discount offer?
There is a 25% discount on all ice skating tickets if you stay in any PA postcode area.
How does the PA Postcode offer work?
When purchasing online use discount code PXMAS2023 and the discount will automatically apply. On the day of your visit pop along to the Ice-Skating Box Office with your booking confirmation and proof of staying within the PA postcode area (letter, driving license, anything that has your postcode on).
When buying on the day, present proof of staying within a PA Postcode before you purchase your Ice-Skating ticket/s and the team will apply the 25% discount. This is subject to availability on the day and is available at the Ice Rink Box Office, situated next to the Ice Rink.
I have selected a hot chocolate as part of my booking, where do I collect this?
When redeeming your booking at the Ice Rink Box Office you will be issued with a voucher for the hot chocolate/s. This voucher can be redeemed at our Churros Unit situated near the Ice Rink.
Can I change or cancel my tickets?
Unfortunately tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In the event of the event being cancelled a full refund will be issued. If you are no longer able to come along you can gift your tickets to family and friends. There is no need to change the name on the booking.
Are Ice Skates supplied?
Yes these come as part of your ticket, for smaller feet we have ice skating clips.
Is there any additional help for younger skaters?
Skating aids are available on the day, subject to availability. These cost £3.00
What happens if the weather is bad?
The Ice Rink is fully under-cover and will be operational no matter the weather.
Is the Ice Rink accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, the Ice Rink is fully accessible for wheel chair users.
Are there age restrictions for using the Ice Rink?
All under 8’s should be accompanied on the ice by someone over 16 at all times. Under 12’s must have a parent or guardian over the age of 18 present within the skate centre during the skating session.
What should I wear?
The Ice Rink is under cover, however please wrap up warm for the weather.
When do and how long do Skating Session last for?
Skating sessions start on the hour (during our opening times), skating sessions last 45 minutes. Please arrive in plenty of time to redeem your ticket and ready yourself for the ice.
Do you have First Aid?
Yes there will be a first aider available on site throughout the event.
Do you offer ASN sessions?
There are two ASN sessions available to book online. The ASN dates and session times are Sunday 10th December 11.00am & Sunday 17th December 11.00am. These sessions will work on a reduced capacity, toned down sound & lighting to make for a more enjoyable and comfortable skate. If you stay within any PA postcode area use online discount code PXMAS2023 to receive a 25% discount on your total order.
What happens if I cannot find my online booking?
No problem, please go to the Ice-Rink Box Office on the date and time of your booking and the team will retrieve your booking. Please arrive early to allow us time to retrieve and redeem your booking.
Accessible Skating
Where possible we will accommodate requests for accessible skating within existing skate sessions. Where specific requests are received that cannot be accommodated within these sessions, additional sessions will be offered out with these times so that a maximum number of customers can participate in the experience
